Welcome to New Zealand Programme

For almost 20 years the Welcome to New Zealand programme has provided an opportunity for migrants to come together and learn about this beautiful country and the New Zealand way of life.

Our small and friendly classes are held from 9.30 to 10.30am every Saturday morning during school term times. After class, morning tea is supplied and here everyone can have a friendly chat, enjoy each other’s friendship, and ask lots of questions. All the teachers are passionate about meeting people from different cultures and learning about them.

There are two levels to choose from:

• Beginner: For those who can understand and use only a little English.
• Intermediate: For those who can usually understand native English speakers and can make themselves understood in familiar situations.

After morning tea Bible English is offered to those who are interested in knowing about God. The class runs from 10.50 to 11.30am. Please come and join us at 72 View Rd, Mt Eden. Contact the chuch office at admin@edencommunitychurch.org
